Black Running Shoes for Women
So your looking for a good pair of black running shoes? For women it is important to use the best running shoe for their particular foot type to promote a good running style & avoid injury.
The biggest variant between women’s and men’s feet is the distance between the heel and the ball of the foot which means that a woman who wears a size 8 shoe will be likely to have a narrower heel, wider & bigger ball girth than a man who wears an equivalent size 6 black running shoe.
Women who are highly competitive runners tend to have higher arches & narrower heels than most other women which makes for a more rigid foot. This makes it extremely important for these types of runners to use well fitted running shoes with maximum cushioning and ample flexibility. For those that are less competitive it is not as critical to maximize on cushioning but will still pay to select a running shoe that fits snug to your foot.
Here are some suggestions for women’s black running shoes that are popular & have a reasonable amount of good customer reviews:
Have you ever bought a pair of black running shoes for women that don’t quite fit right?
Women with naturally narrow heels can sometimes lead to buying running shoes that do not fit snug to their feet. If this has already happened to you or happens to you in the future, you’ll be happy to know that this problem can be easily fixed with a handy little lacing trick.
First you will need to slip on your new black running shoes & lace them up as per usual. When you reach the second to last eyelet from the top, thread each lace end through the last eyelet on the same side to form a small loop on either side. Then you’ll need to thread the lace ends through the opposite loops and tie a bow like you would normally. This will provide a tighter fit across the top of your shoes and pull your heels in snug.

Hi Galia,
Pole dancing seems to be an increasingly popular way for women to workout nowadays & I think with all the home equipment & dvd courses available, it’s a fun way for girls to keep fit & toned.
I’m glad you like the video, the Reebok Easytone shoes are popular among celebrities, mom’s & busy women who can benefit from the run tone technology while tending to their day to day commitments simply by wearing the shoes.
Here are a couple of celebrity interviews for the Easytone Shoes ~ Rosario Dawson ~ Ashlee Simpson
